Vickie started with Jackson County PWSD #12 in 1994. She has a BBA in Marketing from Pittsburg State University. As a Missouri State Certified Operator with a DS-3 through Missouri Department of Natural Resources, she has more that 30 years of experience in both the office and the field.

Vickie is a 20-year member of American Water and Wastewater Association, and she is a 30-year member of Missouri Rural Water Association, for which she was named  1996 Clerk of the Year. She is also a Commissioned Notary for the District.
